Custom pieces are paid upfront before work begins. Because every custom handmade item is created specifically for the customer, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Before submitting
Include the subject, colors, size ideas, deadline, and any details that would help estimate the work. If reference images are needed, the studio will request them by email.
